We are ultimately mail order or shop
orientated business, this website is aimed at the mail order business,
giving you the option of purchasing high quality products from your home.
When purchasing please make your order clear,
we have downloadable order forms on the website for your use. You can mail,
fax or telephone your orders to us. We do not recommend e-mailing your
credit card details to us though. This site is not an on-line shop,
you cannot buy on-line.
Our Mail Order Guarantee
We guarantee to refund in full, without
question, the full purchase price of any item returned for any reason
whatsoever. Provided the goods are returned in new condition, with all
original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date. The bottom copy of
the invoice must be returned with all goods for exchange or refund. Your
statutory rights are not affected. top
Faulty Goods Returns
Before returning any faulty item, please
telephone us on 01862 810610, we will then decide whether to arrange
collection or request that you return the goods. If the goods are found to
be faulty then your postage costs will be reimbursed. When returning items
please state clearly the problem on the bottom copy of the invoice. Please
obtain a certificate of posting and adequate insurance in case of loss (we
do refund insurance costs). top
Return postage costs for unwanted goods
are the responsibility of the customer. Please obtain a certificate of
posting and adequate insurance in case of loss or damage, this is in your
own interest as the responsibility lies with customer on returning items.
Cancellation of Order
You have the right to cancel your order
within 7 days without giving a reason. The 7 days starts the day after
receipt of the goods. We will refund your money within 30 days of
cancellation. Return of goods is at the customers expense. If goods are not
returned by the customer then a deduction will be made to the refund amount
to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods. top
Where the customer is returning any item,
regardless of condition or reason, insurance is recommended in case of loss and/or
damage. It is the customers' responsibility to acquire adequate insurance.
